I had a blast yesterday with my class. Too bad not all was there, But at least there was 3 teams...
WE had culture class yesterday and we were suppose to present a compilation of what is culture from the past 15 lessons. We cannot do a ppt on it, we must either do a skit, poem, artwork, dance, sing a song or a musical. One thing is for sure is that, me and cheryl Toh both agree on no more artworks, as the last time we did it, we rush it out and colour the artwork like mad! Miss vivien asked us whether we wanted to do a class thing since it was the last day of school... and we all did. SO we decided to do a Musical.... W35D musical!
It was hard work ok.... as we had only 3.5 hours to come up with a script, casting of the roles, get the play into action and learn the song dance steps... so much into so little time!
So me, wen sheng and cheryl toh spend about 1.5-2 hours writing the script with the help of some ideas from the class... hakim came up the dance steps to the song. we all had fun... me and wen sheng and cheryl toh was directing people, i was like shouting here and there as there was rehearsals going on and people practising dance moves at the back ground so it was hard to hear each other... But it felt like the entire drama club practising for the musical... so fun! i had a sore thraot from shouting here and there...
Me, Cheryl Toh and Wen sheng was the Director, the script writer and the actor for our W35D musical... so busy but fun!!! Ended up the three of us had only 5 mins to remember and learn our steps for the muscial song before we perform.... so stress, but we pull it off....
Will update the pics when i have them all..
Now i cannot wait for our chalet!!!
