Traditional moon cake made by meI know now is abit late la... But just wanna wish my friends a Happy Moon cake Festival... hahax... this is the first time i am afraid to eat moon cake, be it traditional or snow-skin ones... i love moon cake, but ever since i started learning how to make them, i grew sick of it... it is damn tired to make a moon cake, got so many things to do and prepare and steps to follow...hahax.. but i manage to pull through...Here are some of my masterpieces..
